1. Monthly Costs

CHF 250 plus VAT. Applies per tenant and offers unlimited user and admin access. Full use of aibox at the Early Bird price.

2. Standard LLM and Word Limit

GPT-4o LLM includes 40,000 words per day. From 40,001 to 80,000 words, additional costs start from CHF 320. Pricing tiers available upon request.

3. Free Trial & Training

Two-week free trial period for the first user/admin. Training and prompt setup costs CHF 225/h plus VAT, with a 20% discount during the Early Bird period.

4. Support & Data Handling

Response times for support requests are 24 to 48 hours on weekdays. API data is not used for model improvement and is mostly processed in the USA.

5. Enhanced Data Protection

If specific LLMs such as Microsoft Azure are required, additional development costs apply. These will be calculated individually during the Early Bird period.

6. Flexibility & Contract Duration

Changes such as new features, UI updates, and vector knowledge bases are possible with no additional cost in the first year. After the Early Bird contract expires, it will automatically switch to regular subscription plans.
