Your Role

As an IT Solution Architect / Software Engineer, you will play a key role in the development and design of our AI-based SaaS products. You will work closely with our product management and development teams to create innovative solutions that meet our customers' needs. Your primary responsibility is to design the technological foundation for our products, ensuring that our solutions are scalable, robust, and future-proof.

Your Responsibilities

  • Design and develop software architectures for our SaaS solutions utilizing AI technologies.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Provide technical leadership for projects, ensuring adherence to best practices in software development.
  • Identify and implement new technologies that can enhance our products.
  • Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure high availability and scalability.
  • Contribute to the further development and maintenance of existing systems and applications.
  • Support the definition and implementation of security standards and policies.
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to less experienced team members.

Your Profile

  • A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Several years of professional experience as a Software Engineer or IT Solution Architect, ideally in a SaaS or AI environment.
  • Deep understanding of modern software architectures and technologies.
  • Experience in developing and implementing AI solutions.
  • Extensive knowledge of programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript, combined with solid experience in modern web technologies and frameworks like Astro, Tailwind CSS, and Svelte.
  • Strong expertise in backend development, particularly with Node.js, and in working with databases like MongoDB. Additionally, you are proficient in using cloud technologies like AWS and Azure.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
  • Team-oriented, with strong communication skills and the ability to work in a dynamic startup environment.
